We're Janek and Caspar.
We started AIDAR not as A&Rs, but as two people curious about how music moves - and how the industry finds the people behind it.
Janek worked in music data research. Caspar came from product and business. What brought us together was a shared interest in discovery: how it happens, where it breaks down, and how it might be improved.
We saw a landscape full of creative talent - but talent teams stuck relying on the same tools, chasing the same trends, and under pressure to move faster than ever.
AIDAR started with a simple idea:
What if scouting tools actually learned from the people using them?
What if technology could support instinct, not replace it?
That's what we set out to build: a tool that listens, adapts, and helps scouts discover artists who truly fit their vision.
Our mission is to redefine how talent is discovered in music - by building tools that think with scouts, not for them. We believe discovery should be personal, not generic. Guided by instinct, not just trends. And supported by tools that respect both creativity and time.
